Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened bibs, teething items, or hair accessories unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
Email us at arjandee00@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with instructions and a return address within 1-2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
