Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 CAD. For orders under $75 CAD, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard shipping: 7-14 business days
- Expedited shipping (where available): 3-7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather, or carrier delays outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's journey.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Canada and to select international destinations. Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
